    Volt Lane Project

    The $50M Volt Lane development in the CBD includes the new Australian Taxation Office building, public carpark (opened in October 2012) and fresh food market.

  • Cancer Centre External Photo

    Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre

    The $65M Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre was opened in November 2016. The new facility comprises a three level building of approx. 8,000m2 floor area plus internal courtyards and covered entries, providing specialist cancer services and facilities.

  • Noreuil Park Foreshore

    Albury Riverside Precinct

    The proposed development of a riverside commercial and community precinct along the banks of the Murray River, will deliver retail outlets, adventure tourism, a café/restaurant and permanent jetty. At a cost of $17.5M - $32.5M, the construction phase is estimated to support between 68 – 127 full time jobs for the region.

  • Murray Art Museum Albury (MAMA)

    Opened in October 2015, MAMA is one of NSW’s largest and best equipped exhibition spaces outside metropolitan Sydney. Expected to engage 80,000 visitors annually, the $10.5M project is a key component of Albury’s Cultural Precinct.
