Draft Amendment to Albury Development Control Plan 2010 (Land Contamination)
AlburyCity's Draft Amendment to Albury Development Control Plan 2010 (Land Contamination) is now available for comment.
AlburyCity has endorsed for public exhibition a Draft Amendment to the Albury Development Control Plan 2010 (DCP) as it relates to contaminated land requirements.
The purpose of the Draft Amendment is to amend the contaminated land controls of Section 6.3 of the DCP and provide an updated framework to guide and control the management of land contamination through Council’s land use planning and development control functions.
The Draft Amendment and associated exhibition materials are now available for comment. Copies are also available for viewing at the Customer Service Centre, 553 Kiewa Street Albury, the LibraryMuseum and Lavington Library or can be viewed via the links below:
