ANZAC Day

AlburyCity works closely with the Albury RSL Sub Branch to present an annual program of activities to commemorate ANZAC Day.  From the solemnity of the dawn service held at Albury's majestic WWI monument overlooking the city, to the Dean Street march featuring Defence Force personnel, returned servicemen and women and hundreds of local school children, the day is inclusive of the entire community.

Transport

AlburyCity provides a free shuttle bus service to Monument Hill for the Dawn Service on ANZAC Day.  Buses depart from the SS&A Club carpark from 5.00am.

Other Activities

The Albury community embraces the mateship of ANZAC Day and, after the formal morning activities, many enjoy a game of Two-Up at a local venue or head to the annual ANZAC Day football match between rivals, Albury and North Albury.
