Carols by Candlelight 2017 - Apply to hold a Food Vendor Stall

Expressions of interest for food vendors are now open.

This year's Carols will be held on Wednesday 20 December at QEII Square and we welcome you to join us to help celebrate the occasion.

Food stall sites are limited and will be assessed on suitability and product range.

Food Handling Requirements
Do you have Public Liability Insurance? If your application is accepted you will need to send us your current Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance must be to the value of $20million).
Are you a registered food business with AlburyCity?
Do you have a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate? You will be required to send us your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate if your application is successful.
