Gardenesque Market Stallholder Expression of Interest

Apply now to be a stallholder at Gardenesque 2025!

Gardenesque is Albury's premier Flower & Garden Show and offers our community a myriad of experiences, market stalls, workshops, entertainment and kid's activities pertaining to gardening, plants, sustainability, agriculture, home improvements and landscaping.

We are seeking participation from stallholders, exhibitors and workshop hosts to bring our 2025 event to life!

Gardenesque will be held on Saturday, 8 and Sunday, 9 March 2025.
Saturday: 10am - 4pm 
Sunday: 10am - 3pm

Applications open: Wednesday, 20 November 2024
Applications close: COB Friday, 20 December 2024

Audience: all ages, whole of community

Site* fees
Commercial vendor - 3x3 spaces $150 (inc. GST)
Commercial vendor - 6x3 spaces $300 (inc. GST)
Not for profit $0 (no site fee)

* Site includes a white Hoecker (with walls) for each stallholder provided by Council. Stallholders and vendors are not permitted to bring their own marquees.

Event Information

Please supply a list of goods & services including a price list to help us assess your suitability to the event. Supporting images of product and stall setup can be emailed to events@alburycity.nsw.gov.au Remember to reference your business name so they can be linked to your application.




Total size of your stall in metres (L x W x D) in metres (e.g. 3m x 3m x 6m). Please ensure this includes additional space for tables and chairs, if required. This information will assist us with best placement on the day.


The Albury Botanic Gardens has limited vehicle access, particularly for large trailers and fleet. Please note all relevant access required for your site setup. This information will assist us with best placement on the day.

 

 

To assist us in assessing your application, please provide details of your sustainable practices.

 

Expressions of Interest

Your EOI will be assessed by the following criteria:

  • Product suitable to demographic
  • Products compliment event concept
  • Sustainability practises
  • Local benefit

Applicants will be notified the outcome of their submission via email by Wednesday, 20 December 2024.
