Join us as we launch this exhibition and celebrate 50 years of higher education in Albury Wodonga.
The opening of the Albury Study Centre of the Riverina College of Advanced Education in March 1972 was the result of many years of petitioning and efforts to create tertiary opportunities in the Albury Wodonga area.
The exhibition traces the often challenging journey of higher education on the border and the study centre’s growth into a regional university.
The evening will also include the launch of Achieving Higher Education in Albury-Wodonga by Portia Dilena.
