This exciting and dynamic role will be responsible for the coordination of Albury City’s Grow Our Own (GOO) Training Program. The Early Careers (GOO) Mentor is a newly formed position to lead the expansion and enhancements across the GOO program. Reporting to the Team Leader Talent and Organisational Development, you will partner with our leaders supporting workforce planning needs with a primary focus on developing and coordinating our Apprentice, Trainee, Undergraduate, Graduate and Cadet workplace training pathways ensuring a consistent and standardised approach across AlburyCity. This role will also see you working across numerous satellite sites and depots across AlburyCity to support our supervisors and GOO employees at their place of work.
