Join us this Australia Day at Noreuil Park Foreshore for a fun family day out!

Enjoy a range of giant family games and delicious food trucks across the stunning Murray River. With face painting, live music from local artists, market stalls and creative workshops, this is a free family event not to be missed.

    Enjoy live music from local artists to perfect a stunning Summers Day on the Murray!

    10am - 10.30am: Albury City Band
    Established in 1867, Albury City Band has been a vibrant part of the local community for over 150 years, showcasing resilience and dedication through times of war and hardship. Originally a brass band, it evolved into a symphonic wind orchestra in 1985, embracing a diverse repertoire that spans styles and genres. The band’s success is driven by a blend of skilled professionals and passionate volunteer musicians, continuing its proud tradition of enriching Albury’s cultural landscape.

    11.45am - 12.25pm: Annika Sorrenson
    This dynamic 19-year-old local singer-songwriter is a force to be reckoned with! With original songs on Spotify, she combines raw talent and heartfelt storytelling in every performance. Beyond music, she’s shown incredible dedication as a swim coach at Wodonga City Swimming Club and a former competitive swimmer of 12 years. Now proudly serving in the Army, her journey is as inspiring as her music. Get ready for an unforgettable performance from this rising star!

    12.30pm - 2pm: Luke Dewing
    Luke Dewing is a talented and versatile performer known for his smooth vocals and captivating musicianship. With years of experience spanning original music shows, lively pub and club gigs across Australia, and hundreds of weddings, Luke effortlessly blends his skills as a songwriter and covers artist to create memorable performances that delight audiences.

Citizenship Ceremony

This Australia Day we welcome the return of our Citizenship Ceremony. The formalities will commence at 10.30am and will run for approximately one hour.

Becoming an Australian citizen is a significant milestone that provides a sense of belonging and the opportunity to fully participate in Australian life, as well as the freedom to express yourself and enjoy Australia’s social and civil rights. Join us this  Australia Day at the Citizenship Ceremony, where we proudly welcome new citizens and celebrate the rich cultural diversity that strengthens our community.

Albury Awards

We’re celebrating our community at the Albury Awards in a momentous night-time event on Saturday, 25 January 2025 at the Albury Entertainment Centre.
