A small local park set in a residential area. The park has shade trees, play equipment and seating.
Norris Park Neighbourhood Garden is also located at Anne Hogan Park
History - The park was named in recognition of service to young children whilst Director of Albury Pre-school 1957-1982. The park was opened by Councillor Patricia Gould on 1 November 1995.
