Australia Day 2025 Food Vendor EOI

Apply now to be a food vendor at Albury's Australia Day Public Holiday event in 2025.

Join us at Noreuil Park on 26 January 2025, for a day of celebration, culture, and community!

Food vendors are invited to provide diverse culinary offerings, enhancing the event's vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. All vendors must ensure food is served responsibly in an alcohol-free setting and comply with AlburyCity’s health and safety standards.

Applications open: Monday, 11 November 2024
Applications close: COB Tuesday, 10 December 2024

Audience: all ages, whole of community

Food Vendor Criteria

Cuisine Diversity: Priority for vendors that offer multicultural cuisine or family-friendly food options.
Food Truck Area: Each vendor will be allocated a specific space to ensure variety and accessibility.

Site fees
Commercial vendor - 3x3 spaces	$66 (inc. GST)

Please note: Food vendors must be self-sufficient, as power will not be available.

Food offering*

Please supply your menu items and price list. Supporting images of your stall setup can be emailed directly to events@alburycity.nsw.gov.au. Remember to reference your business name so they can be linked to your application.

Site requirements*

Please provide accurate site setup and trailer dimensions (L x W x H) in metres (e.g. 7m x 3m x 4m). This information will assist us with best placement on the day.

Applicants will be notified via email on the outcome of their application by Monday, 16 December 2024.

Terms and Conditions

I confirm that I have read, understand and agree to the Australia Day Event Guidelines.

I acknowledge that to work with AlburyCity, I must supply the following: food safety certificate, risk assessment, public liability insurance, signed letter of agreement by Friday, 10 January 2025 and payment of site fee in full as per the invoice terms.

I acknowledge that I will be fully self-sufficient (including signage).
