The Bigger Picture

The frame represents movement and change for Aboriginal people. We are evolving to adapt to the ever changing environment.

"I am an Aboriginal person from the Barkindji/Nyampa tribes. We too are river people, who have a long connection to the Darling River.

The river is central to our being, it provides us with food, water, shelter and stories."

- Katrina Weston

The picture within the frame is a moving, living landscape with many stories to be told and shared. It will bring people together to share traditional stories.
